  • Validity: Unless otherwise stated in writing, all quotations provided by SEPARATECH are valid for 60 days from the date of issue due to fluctuations in raw material (e.g., stainless steel) and logistics costs.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, SEPARATECH and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. This includes, but is not limited to, equipment designs, technical drawings, and brand logos. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

  • You must not republish, sell, or duplicate any technical materials from Separatech without prior written consent.

4. Orders and Custom Engineering

  • Specifications: For custom-engineered solutions (e.g., Peeler or Pusher Centrifuges), the customer is responsible for providing accurate material samples or chemical analysis reports.
  • Modifications: Any changes to equipment specifications after the production phase has commenced may incur additional costs and lead time extensions.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Separatech, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or the operation of our machinery, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise.

6. International Trade and Compliance

SEPARATECH complies with all international trade regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the import of our machinery complies with their local national laws, including safety certifications and environmental standards.
